Running Well Requires the Right Equipment

With Springer Mountain in Georgia marking the beginning - or end - of the popular Appalachian trail, it's a state where many runners enjoy the varied scenery and trail types. But, to fully enjoy a run and not be hindered or distracted by your apparel or equipment, means you need to spend time selecting the right gear for you.

That includes items such as:

  • Trainers.
  • Training top.
  • Sports underwear.
  • Drinking bottle.
  • GPS activity tracker.
  • Sunglasses.
  • Hat.
  • Running bag or pouch.
